CHECK-IN

Your child is important to us. On your first visit, we need the following personal information: parent/legal guardian names, children’s names and birthdates, address, phone number, and any special instructions (allergies, special needs) for each child. This information is entered into our Stonehill Kids' database to help maintain our secure kid check-in system.

SAFETY

Each of our leaders at Stonehill Kids have completed a background check and training before they can serve.  Our carefully designed check-in process ensures safe drop off and pick up of your kids.
Stonehill believes that relationships and community happen in small groups. Our Stonehill Kids are connected with a dedicated leader each Sunday who is passionate about forming a relationship with your child and fostering relationships among peers.

Early Childhood (Birth-Preschool)

Early Kids is all about loving on the next generation starting with the smallest partners of Stonehill Church. As a church, we want your children to grow up understanding that God Made Them, God Loves Them, and Jesus Wants To Be Their Friend Forever.
Our leaders are dedicated to partnering with parents and work to create a fun, safe, and engaging environment for God’s most precious gifts.

Kindergarten through 3rd Grade

Our elementary program is broken out into age appropriate small groups. We strategically plan interactive and engaging games and activities, based on the Bible story and focus of the week, that will excite them in their small group setting.
During the large group time, Stonehill Kids will practice and learn a weekly memory verse, worship together, and develop their understanding and knowledge through a Bible lesson.

4th and 5th Grades

At Stonehill Kids Preteen, our leaders' passion and mission is to guide your preteen through these critical years of development in their faith and life. Our preteens will talk through the important conversations about making wiser choices, building stronger relationships, and developing a deeper faith.

Frequently Asked Questions...

How do I check in my child?

You child is important to us. On your first visit, we need the following personal information: parent/legal guardian names, children’s names and birthdates, address, phone number, and any special instructions (allergies, special needs) for each child. This information is entered into our Stonehill Kids database to help maintain our secure Kidcheck-in system.

Will my child be safe?

Each of our leaders at Stonehill Kids have completed a background check and training before they can serve. Our carefully designed check-in process ensures safe drop off and pick up of your kids.

What if my child needs me during the service?

While we want children to be happy and content in our environments, sometimes they have to work through separation anxiety until they are comfortable being away from family during services. If your child’s crying persists for more than 10 minutes, they are screaming or distressed, or they become sick or injured we will notify parents immediately through text message.

How do you handle food allergies?

There is a place to indicate your child’s food allergies on their name tag. We only offer snack in our Early Childhood environments.  A sign stating what is being served is posted at the check-in counter at each Early Childhood classroom.
